The Opportunity

This position works out of our Mississauga location in the Diabetes Care Division. We're focused on helping people with diabetes manage their health with life-changing products that provide accurate data to drive better-informed decisions. We're revolutionizing the way people monitor their glucose levels with our new sensing technology. As the Product Manager, you'll have the chance to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of the consumer facing digital ecosystem to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion for FreeStyle Libre systems in Canada.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the development and execution of the consumer digital ecosystem strategy, including website, social media channels, and emerging digital platforms.

  • Own website strategy and optimization, including UX/UI, conversion rate optimization (CRO), AEO/GEO, and content effectiveness to drive engagement and acquisition.

  • Drive integrated digital campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels to support awareness, consideration, and trial objectives.

  • Manage digital content strategy and leverage data, analytics, and customer insights to continuously optimize digital performance, personalization, and journey orchestration.

  • Lead influencer and social media engagement strategies to expand reach and build authentic consumer connections.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree is required.

  • Three to five years of experience is required.

  • Proven experience leading end-to-end digital engagement strategies across owned and paid channel to drive acquisition, engagement, and conversion.

  • Strong expertise in digital performance measurement, including KPI development, attribution, and continuous optimization of digital ecosystems and campaigns.

  • Ability to analyze and translate digital, behavioral, and customer data into actionable insights to improve user experience, personalization, and ROI.

  • Hands-on experience with digital platforms and tools (e.g., Google Analytics/GA4, Adobe Analytics, CRM/marketing automation platforms, CMS, SEO/GEO tools, social media management and listening tools).

  • Demonstrated experience managing website strategy and optimization, including UX/UI improvements, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and content performance.

  • Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., healthcare, pharma, or medical devices) with understanding of compliance requirements (e.g., MLR, privacy regulations) is an asset.

  • Hands-on experience with digital platforms and tools (e.g., Google Analytics/GA4, Adobe Analytics, CRM/marketing automation platforms, CMS, SEO/GEO tools, social media management and listening tools).

  • Demonstrated experience managing website strategy and optimization, including UX/UI improvements, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and content performance.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $99,750.00 to $146,300.00 CAD. The salary range provided applies to Canada only and does not apply to any other locations outside of Canada.
