  • Proven experience leveraging AI tools, including GPT-based solutions, to automate workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance ecommerce or operational processes.
  • Demonstrated success leading digital products from discovery through launch and iteration, with hands-on experience in ecommerce platforms and commerce technologies such as CMS, PIM, search, payments, and reviews.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience using web analytics tools (GA4 preferred), performance dashboards, and data-driven decision-making to optimize business outcomes.
  • Working knowledge of systems integration concepts, including APIs, webhooks, and data flows, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and technical partners.
  • Experience partnering with commercial teams on website optimization, conversion rate optimization (CRO), experimentation, and digital growth initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in consumer electronics, hardware, or other businesses with complex product catalogs and SKU management.
