Overview

Oversees Conversion Rate Optimization, including personalization strategies to increase conversion and engagement on Paychex web properties. Defines and manages all testing, analysis, and improvement of various conversion points in the marketing funnel. Responsible for increasing the rate at which inbound traffic converts to leads. Develops and manages a strategic testing roadmap and process focused on lead and revenue generation.


Responsibilities
  • Identifies conversion rate optimization (CRO) opportunities and leads the test ideation process to increase our lead to customer conversion rate and marketing efficiencies. Establishes, documents, and maintains an evolving conversion optimization strategy that focuses on lead generation to improve our online marketing performance and KPIs.
  • Facilitates end-to-end conversion testing and targeting process, including test/targeting plan, creative design, code development, QA launch, analysis, insights, and communication, to improve customer user experience, pathing, and conversion website traffic.
  • Manages key conversion points in marketing funnel to ensure optimal efficiency and results. Continually measures the performance of these conversion assets. Reports on the progress of conversion optimization on a regular basis through the delivery of key performance indicator reports and conversion test data.
  • Collaborates with channel-specific areas (email, social media, SEM, SEO, etc.) to optimize each conversion path and rates overall while driving marketing-qualified leads to our sales teams.
  • Provides insight to writers, graphic designers, and internal reviewers to ensure best practices are in place.
  • Stays abreast on best practices and latest trends in the digital analytics and conversion rate optimization tactics to maintain the highest level of marketing efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Related field - Required
  • 3 years of experience in inbound marketing strategies and tactics or related fields.
  • Direct experience with digital analytics such as Google Analytics and Optimizely (or comparable platforms).
  • Must have experience with conversion testing.
  • Must have digital marketing background.

Compensation
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 annually. Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
