Position Summary

Bodorlaser Inc. is seeking a data-driven and hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to lead online demand generation for the U.S. market. The role will independently manage and optimize paid media—primarily Google Ads—while partnering closely with the U.S. sales team and Global Marketing to improve lead volume, lead quality, and marketing efficiency. The successful candidate combines strong platform expertise, analytical rigor, localized English copywriting, and practical execution in a fast-moving, cross-cultural environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Paid Media Strategy & Execution: Build, manage, and continuously optimize U.S. Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.

•Meta Advertising: Plan and optimize Facebook and Instagram campaigns, including audience targeting, creative testing, remarketing, and pixel/event tracking.

•Market & Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research, search-intent analysis, and competitor advertising reviews to develop localized U.S. campaign strategies.

•Performance Analysis: Monitor account performance and deliver recurring reports on CPL, CTR, CVR, ROAS, lead volume, and lead quality; translate findings into concrete optimization actions.

•Conversion Optimization: Manage and improve landing-page content in partnership with Global Marketing; support A/B testing, conversion tracking, and conversion-rate optimization.

•Lead Management Partnership: Work closely with the U.S. sales team to ensure timely lead follow-up and establish a feedback loop on lead quality, pipeline contribution, and downstream outcomes.

•Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate regularly with Global Marketing on campaign strategy, data, creative needs, platform updates, and shared best practices across time zones.

•Platform & Policy Expertise: Stay current on paid-media policies, new campaign formats, privacy and tracking changes, and emerging digital marketing practices; adjust strategy as needed.

•Content & Video Support: Capture video at trade shows, company events, customer visits, product demonstrations, or customer testimonial settings, and complete basic editing for marketing use.

Requirements:

Required Qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

•3+ years of hands-on B2B digital advertising experience, including direct ownership of Google Ads accounts.

•Demonstrated ability to build campaigns, plan keywords, select bidding strategies, manage negative keywords, write ad copy, and optimize performance independently.

•Working knowledge of Meta Ads, including audience targeting, creative testing, remarketing, and conversion-event tracking.

•Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4, web traffic analysis, conversion tracking, and attribution concepts.

•Strong data-analysis skills and proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets; able to identify anomalies and optimization opportunities quickly.

•Professional fluency in English and Chinese. English is the primary language for U.S. market execution; Chinese is used for collaboration with Global Marketing.

•Strong English copywriting skills with the ability to produce clear, natural, U.S.-market advertising content.

•Self-directed, organized, and comfortable owning priorities in a relatively independent role while collaborating across cultures and time zones.

•Basic ability to capture and edit short-form video using a phone or camera and tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.

Preferred Qualifications

•Experience marketing B2B industrial products, manufacturing technology, machine tools, capital equipment, or related solutions.

•Experience with LinkedIn Ads.

•Foundational knowledge of SEO and the ability to support content-marketing initiatives.

•Experience working in the U.S. subsidiary of a global or China-headquartered company, with an understanding of U.S.–China team collaboration.

•Experience connecting paid-media reporting with CRM data, sales feedback, and revenue or pipeline outcomes.

What Success Looks Like

•Paid-media accounts are well structured, accurately tracked, policy compliant, and continuously improved through disciplined testing.

•Campaign decisions are supported by clear data, with measurable improvements in qualified lead volume, cost efficiency, and conversion performance.

•Sales and Marketing maintain a reliable closed-loop process for lead follow-up, quality feedback, and campaign refinement.

•U.S. messaging and creative feel locally relevant while remaining aligned with Bodorlaser’s global brand and business priorities.

What We Offer

•Comprehensive health benefits

•Paid time off and company holidays

•401(k) plan with employer match

•Business travel reimbursement in accordance with company policy

•Visa sponsorship for eligible employees

•Professional training and development opportunities

•Technical and product training

•Career advancement opportunities as Bodorlaser continues to expand across North America

Compensation
