The TikTok Shop Operations & Growth Manager oversees the day‑to‑day management, optimization, and growth of the TikTok Shop business. This role combines operational ownership with strategic growth initiatives to improve store performance, customer experience, and revenue outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end TikTok Shop operations, including product listings, inventory coordination, promotions, and store health.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, conversion rates, and customer retention.
  • Optimize product pages, content strategy, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
  • Manage TikTok Shop backend operations, ensuring accuracy of product information, inventory availability, and store compliance.
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, customer service, fulfillment, and merchandising teams.
  • Support livestream commerce initiatives, creator partnerships, and affiliate programs.
  • Monitor KPIs including GMV, conversion rate, traffic, customer acquisition cost, and ROI.
  • Identify operational issues and implement solutions to improve efficiency and customer experience.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in e‑commerce operations, marketplace management, or digital retail.
  • Hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop, Amazon, Shopify, or similar marketplace platforms.
  • Strong understanding of marketplace operations, including catalog management, promotions, fulfillment coordination, and seller performance metrics.
  • Experience managing sales performance reports and using data to drive operational improvements.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills.
