  • Maintain quality, safety, and productivity standards in the field
  • Identify field conflicts and proactively develop practical solutions
  • Coordinate material needs and help prevent delays
  • Track progress and communicate project needs clearly to management
  • Take ownership of assigned projects with limited day-to-day oversight

  • Previous Foreman, Lead Electrician, or Journeyman-level experience
  • Strong knowledge of current NEC requirements
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical construction drawings
  • Ability to independently coordinate field activities
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Reliable and accountable work style
  • Ability to take ownership of project execution
  • Comfort supervising both internal employees and subcontracted labor
  • Ability to work throughout South Central Pennsylvania and Northern Maryland
  • Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate a company vehicle

Nice-to-Haves as the Electrical Foreman:

  • Multifamily electrical construction experience

  • Experience coordinating crews of 5-10 electricians
  • Procore experience
  • Experience working with General Contractors on long-duration projects
  • Experience developing apprentices and future field leaders
  • Interest in progressing toward Project Management or other leadership responsibilities

We Offer:

  • Target hourly compensation of $33-$40, depending on experience

  • Consideration in the $45-$55 per hour range for highly experienced Foremen
  • Project-performance bonus opportunities
  • Take-home company vehicle
  • Health insurance with approximately 50% of premium costs paid by the company
  • Dental coverage
  • Vision coverage
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid vacation
  • PTO that increases with tenure
  • Additional PTO negotiable for experienced hires
  • Strong project pipeline
  • High level of field autonomy
  • Opportunity to grow from Lead Electrician into Foreman
  • Long-term advancement toward Project Management and leadership
  • Stable employment with a company that has experienced very few layoffs over more than 20 years
  • Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding electrical contractor
