Media Jargon, the media services agency of Pavone Group, is looking for a strategic, detail-obsessed Media Operations & Project Manager to serve as the engine behind our campaign success. Location: Hybrid role; Atlanta, Georgia (M, W, Th in-office)

Salary Range: $95,000 - $125,000

What You’ll Do

As our Media Operations & Project Manager, you will develop, implement, and scale the operational workflows and financial guardrails that make our multi-channel media campaigns shine.

1. Process & Workflow Optimization

  • Establish, document, and scale best-in-class operational processes for seamless campaign delivery.
  • Bridge communication and streamline workflows across Media, Finance, Account Service, and Project Management teams.
  • Continually review and refine agency timelines, workflows, and status tracking to keep efficiency high.

2. Financial Operations & Billing Precision

  • Own end-to-end monthly billing, actualization, and financial reconciliation processes.
  • Serve as the go-to expert for media billing inquiries, resolving discrepancies alongside vendors, account teams, and Media Planners.
  • Assist with quality-checking Insertion Orders (IOs), media documents, and overall campaign financial reporting.

3. Campaign Execution & Traffic Management

  • Supervise campaign trafficking, matching media plans to buys with total accuracy.
  • Maintain data integrity by ensuring standardized naming conventions, tracking parameters (UTMs), and tagging architecture.
  • Direct and evaluate external/white-label partner workflows to optimize campaign pacing, performance, and execution.


Requirements:

What You Bring to the Table

  • Experience: 3–5+ years in dedicated project management required; 8-10+ years in media operations or media planning preferred; Supervisory experience a plus
  • Financial Acumen: Proven mastery in tracking high-volume media budgets, reconciling vendor invoices, and managing complex billing cycles.
  • Technical Savvy: Hands-on expertise with media buying/planning software, project management tools, and asset tracking/tagging frameworks.
  • Industry Mastery: Deep, end-to-end understanding of all paid media channels.
  • Core Skills: Stellar problem-solving ability, sharp written/verbal communication, and an unmatched attention to detail.
