Title: Project Coordinator - HR Transformation Program
Duration: 12 Months with possible conversion into fulltime.
Location: Onsite at Deerfield,IL

Description:

This role provides critical administrative and project management support to ensure the smooth execution of the HR Transformation program. The individual will drive cross-functional alignment by managing meeting logistics, tracking deliverables, preparing communications, and maintaining detailed program documentation. This role enables faster execution, improved accountability, and a more efficient transformation process.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Candidates must have a strong background in both Workday and ServiceNow.

  • Experienced in using dashboards to track and visualize project progress.
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
