We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Assistant Store Manager to help oversee daily operations

This is a leadership role for someone who takes ownership, stays organized, and can balance administrative responsibilities with day-to-day store operations. You will work closely with management to ensure everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and professionally.

This is not just a cashier position — this role requires accountability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage both people and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Place and manage inventory orders to keep store fully stocked
  • Count, verify, and reconcile daily cash and register activity
  • Prepare and complete all required paperwork, logs, and reports
  • Handle and complete bank deposits safely and accurately
  • Stock shelves, coolers, and maintain proper product displays
  • Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation
  • Assist with employee oversight, scheduling support, and accountability
  • Identify and resolve day-to-day operational issues
