Develop, maintain, and update engineering documentation including P&IDs, control narratives, I/O drawings, and system specifications. Partner with operations and maintenance teams to identify process improvements and optimise production performance. Support and maintain industrial control systems, process computers, and OT infrastructure in alignment with cybersecurity and IT standards. Drive change management initiatives while ensuring compliance with engineering, safety, and operational procedures. Profile The successful candidate will be a motivated Electrical or Controls Engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges in a manufacturing environment. They will possess strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a desire to continuously learn new technologies while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver results. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline. 2+ years of experience in process controls, automation engineering, manufacturing, or industrial systems. Experience troubleshooting and supporting PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, instrumentation, and process control equipment. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a hands-on approach to engineering challenges. Experience with Allen-Bradley platforms, AutoCAD, industrial networks, DCS/QCS systems, or quality inspection systems is highly advantageous.
