 Centriworks is seeking an experienced financial leader to join our team as Controller in Knoxville, Tennessee.

The Controller will work closely with the CFO, contribute to business strategy, lead and develop our administrative and accounting team, drive process automation initiatives, and support key organizational growth objectives.


We're looking for someone who brings both strong financial expertise and the ability to think beyond the numbers.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • CMA, CGMA, or CPA required
  • Experience in Managed IT Services, Business Technology Services, or a related technology-driven industry strongly preferred
  • Proven success leading, mentoring, and developing teams
  • Strong accounting and financial management skills combined with sound business judgment
  • Passion for continuous improvement, automation, and operational excellence
