Controller Summary

The Controller serves as the financial leader responsible for the integrity of the company's accounting function. This individual will oversee financial reporting, internal controls, compliance, and accounting operations while partnering with executive leadership to support strategic initiatives and continued business growth.

Controller Responsibilities

  • Lead all accounting operations
  • Direct month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
  • Prepare and review GAAP financial statements
  • Manage AP, AR, Payroll, Fixed Assets, Treasury, and General Ledger
  • Build and mentor a high-performing accounting team
  • The Controller will lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
  • Coordinate external audits and tax compliance
  • Strengthen internal controls and accounting policies
  • Develop executive financial reporting packages
  • Improve ERP systems and financial reporting automation
  • Partner with Operations, Sales, HR, and Executive Leadership
