Job description

Vice President, Finance

Base Pay Range: $175,000-$250,000

The Vice President, Finance serves as a strategic and operational finance leader, partnering closely with executive leadership to drive profitable growth, operational excellence, and financial discipline.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic & Operational Leadership: Provide financial leadership and insight to drive business strategy and execution; partner with the President and executive team on strategic planning, growth initiatives, and operational improvement efforts; translate strategy into actionable financial plans, metrics, and accountabilities.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and institutionalize KPIs and business metrics; lead monthly and quarterly business reviews; lead business-unit budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range financial planning processes.
  • Accounting, Controls & Governance: Provide executive oversight of accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls; ensure integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of financial reporting in accordance with GAAP; promote strong governance, compliance, and ethical standards; partner with DTFOC Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, develop, and inspire a multi‑disciplinary finance organization; build a culture emphasizing accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Position Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required.
  • MBA or CPA strongly preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience with increasing responsibility.
  • Experience in a private equity‑backed environment strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with executive leadership to drive strategy and results.
  • Strong strategic and analytical leadership capabilities.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively at both strategic and hands‑on levels.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High ethical standards, sound judgment, and a results‑oriented mindset.
