Job description

Position Overview

We are seeking a Laboratory Technician I to join our client’s Quality Control team. The ideal candidate will assist in daily laboratory operations while ensuring compliance with cGLP/GMP standards and company policies.


Pay Rate: $18 per hour
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Responsibilities
  • Perform basic laboratory tests following SOPs and maintain proper documentation.
  • Comply with all safety, cGLP, GMP, and company policies.
  • Wash and maintain glassware, test equipment, and laboratory work areas.
  • Dispose of waste per EPA regulations.
  • Prepare and maintain volumetric tests and solutions.
  • Perform environmental monitoring of controlled production areas.
  • Transport samples and documentation between lab areas.
  • Maintain adequate lab supplies for daily operations.
  • Assist Chemists and Microbiologists as needed.
  • Support Laboratory Technician II and other quality operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Associate degree in Science preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • 1–3 years of laboratory experience.
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) required.
  • Basic math and measurement skills.
  • Knowledge of GMP and safety practices.
