Position Summary
The Account Controller is responsible for coordinating and optimizing the full order cycle within the supply chain, ensuring a smooth transition from order receipt to final customer delivery. This role focuses on maximizing customer satisfaction while maintaining operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Planning
  • Plan inventory replenishment in coordination with the involved departments based on received orders.

Coordination & Execution
  • Consolidate, review, and verify incoming orders while coordinating proper execution with all involved teams to ensure complete and on-time deliveries to customers.
  • Execute activities related to the creation of new customers and products within the corresponding platforms and systems.
  • Collaborate with inventory, logistics, and production departments to ensure product availability and compliance with delivery timelines.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, including delays, errors, or changes, providing accurate and timely updates.
  • Prepare and analyze regular reports regarding order status, inventory performance, and other relevant operational metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and company policies throughout all stages of order management.
  • Identify opportunities to improve order management processes and propose solutions to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Assurance (Position KPIs)
  • Ensure compliance with the key performance indicators (KPIs) established for the role.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
