Join a growing professional services company where your expertise keeps the business running smoothly. Our client is a well-established organization known for its collaborative culture, financial stability, and commitment to excellence. They're looking for a Full-Charge Bookkeeper who enjoys taking ownership of the accounting function and being a trusted resource for leadership.

This is more than a bookkeeping role. You'll oversee the full accounting cycle, support financial reporting, and play a key role in helping leadership make informed business decisions.

The Opportunity

As a Full-Charge Bookkeeper, you'll manage day-to-day accounting operations while ensuring financial records are accurate, organized, and up to date. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.

What You'll Do
  • Manage the full accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations

  • Prepare journal entries, maintain the general ledger, and assist with month-end close

  • Process payroll and maintain accurate employee and vendor records

  • Prepare financial reports and support budgeting and cash flow management

  • Work closely with leadership to improve accounting processes and maintain compliance

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of full-charge bookkeeping or accounting experience

  • Strong knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software

  • Experience with payroll, reconciliations, and month-end close

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently

Why This Role Stands Out
  • High-visibility role with ownership of the accounting function

  • Opportunity to work directly with company leadership

  • Stable organization with a collaborative, team-oriented culture

  • Broad exposure across accounting, payroll, and financial reporting

If you're looking for a role where you can take ownership, make an impact, and become an integral part of a growing organization, this could be the right next step.
