Job Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Act as a key partner to the Controller/Director across all departmental functions
  • Assist in overseeing financial reporting and accounting deliverables across corporate and supported divisions
  • Review and maintain accuracy of financial data and internal controls within the accounting system
  • Develop team goals, provide training, and ensure accountability
  • Set up new properties in accounting software, ensuring accuracy at acquisition
  • Review and approve closing reconciliations for new acquisitions
  • Participate in the annual budgeting process and manage budgets within accounting systems
  • Collaborate with operations and other departments to improve accounting procedures and reporting
  • Oversee third-party applications (e.g., Concur, PayReady, Inflow)
  • Provide oversight of India accounting operations
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Four years of Management in Property Management Accounting
  • Proficiency in Yardi Voyager preferred.

The noise level on the project site work environment can be high but are low in the office environment.
