HIRING IMMEDIATELY: CONTROL TOWER SUPERVISOR IN NAZARETH, PA
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Control Tower Supervisor to join our team in Nazareth, Pennsylvania. This individual will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of product movement from vendors to distribution centers and stores. Duties and Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily Control Tower and Store Support Command Center operations to ensure all tasks, exceptions, and open items are tracked, addressed, and resolved timely.
  • Ensure efficient communication between warehouses, logistics teams, TJ Ops, and store operations. Oversee Control Center functions including store processing, store launching, faulty processing, door closures, DO line clearance, and order adjustments.
  • Maintain detailed logs and deliver daily and urgent operational reports as required Provide biweekly performance reporting and immediate escalation reporting to General Managers and Regional Managers when critical events occur.
  • Track operational trends using Control Tower data, including store concerns, discrepancies, service levels, capacities, and appointment compliance.
  • Monitor receiving functions and warehouse processes, including receiving windows, office procedures, dock management, and system workflows.
  • Support inventory accuracy targets (up to 99.98%) and ensure JIT reporting compliance.
  • Oversee warehouse appointments daily to ensure adherence to required RDD guidelines and capacity limits. Monitor depot level capacity by DC and identify risks related to overbooking or underutilization.
  • Track allocation and transfer activity (DC to DC transfers) to ensure preparation and receipt within defined timelines.
  • Support development and maintenance of rolling demand and supply plans to optimize product flow across cross dock, inventoried, transfer, and import channels.
  • Analyze large volumes of operational data including production schedules, reconciliation reports, capacity usage, and delivery performance.
  • Translate analytical findings into actionable insights and operational recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and strengthen end to end supply chain execution.
  • Utilize advanced Excel tools, reporting systems, and relational databases to improve speed, accuracy, and decision making.
  • Collaborate closely with Logistics, Warehousing, Inventory Control, Operations, TJ Ops, and Project Management teams.
  • Support vendor communication to resolve issues, improve performance, and strengthen partnerships.
  • Assist TJ Ops with vendor negotiations by providing performance insights and operational support.
  • Support vendor onboarding and sourcing strategies aligned with supply chain and service objectives.
  • Monitor and report weather, construction, capacity constraints, or other events impacting DC or store operations.
  • Proactively notify appropriate departments and leadership of risks or disruptions.
  • Support response planning and execution to minimize service impact during operational disruptions

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail and accountability.
  • Advanced analytical capability with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, large datasets).
  • Working knowledge of RMS, WMS, and relational databases.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
  • Experience managing and leading diverse teams within operational environments.
  • 2–4 years of experience preferred in supply chain, logistics, inventory control, Control Tower, or distribution operations.
  • Strong knowledge of forecasting, inventory flow, and operational analytics.
  • Familiarity with warehouse, dock, receiving, and transportation processes
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
  • Must be able to work standing up or sitting down for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to traverse and access all areas of a warehouse environment.
  • Must be able to work in a Distribution Center environment with a variation of temperatures
