Job description

As our Quality Control Manager, you will lead the planning, implementation, and enforcement of quality standards across construction projects, ensuring all work meets contract requirements, drawings, specifications, and applicable codes. In this role, you are responsible for driving consistent quality execution in the field while supporting project teams from preconstruction through closeout.ย  You will work closely with project teams and trade partners to develop projectspecific quality plans, conduct inspections, and identify and resolve quality issues before they impact schedule or cost. This role includes reviewing submittals, monitoring installation methods, verifying compliance with project requirements, overseeing corrective actions, and managing quality documentation such as inspections, testing reports, punch lists, and closeout materials. Successful Quality Control Managers are detailoriented, fieldexperienced, and effective communicators who balance enforcement with collaboration to deliver highquality projects and satisfied clients.
