Job description

Moss Law Firm is seeking a Process Manager to join our team! Moss Law Firm is a high-volume consumer debt collection firm representing national banks in the State of Texas. The Process Manager would be tasked with monitoring accounts from placement through the lawsuit stage and post-judgment collection. The Process Manager will ensure that accounts move efficiently between departments, identify bottlenecks, and help improve efficient flow of accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage the movement of accounts/lawsuits through the firms collection processes
  • Oversee firm's audit/quality control program
  • Develop/implement procedures to reduce internal errors
  • Confer with other departments to determine progress of work and completion dates
  • Review and communicate production status reports

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in process management and quality control
  • Strong management skills
  • Must be detailed oriented
  • Must demonstrate high level of proficiency with Excel
  • Ability to work well in teams
