Your Role at Nutrient...
We're looking for a driven Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise customers. This is a genuine ground-floor opportunity; the AM function at Nutrient has only existed since January 2026, and you'll help shape how we engage with our existing customer base from the start.
You'll act as a trusted advisor, deepening relationships, identifying expansion opportunities, and ensuring customers get full value from Nutrient's platform. The right person is commercially sharp and ready to make an impact without needing heavy structure around them.
This is a Hybrid role, working 3 days a week in our office in Rayleigh, NC.
What You'll Work On...
  • Own and grow a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise accounts
  • Build and execute account plans to drive upsell, cross-sell, and long-term retention
  • Build relationships across customer organisations, presenting insights confidently to stakeholders at every level
  • Partner cross-functionally with Solutions, CS, and Partnerships to drive adoption and customer satisfaction
  • Manage account health, pipeline, forecasts, and renewal risk, keeping Salesforce accurate throughout
  • Feed customer feedback into product and internal teams to help shape Nutrient's direction
What You'll Bring...
  • 2+ years in Account Management or Sales in B2B SaaS or tech, with a proven track record of growing mid-market or enterprise accounts
  • Able to understand and articulate technical products to both business and technical audiences
  • Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) experience; Gong familiarity a plus
  • High energy and execution-focused, comfortable in a fast-paced hybrid environment without heavy structure
  • Curious about AI tools; background in developer tools, document processing, or APIs is a bonus
