Facility Solutions Manager (FSM):

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a highly organized relationship manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial clients across the Austin area.

This role is ideal for someone with route-based service experience who is used to managing multiple customers, solving problems quickly, and growing business within existing accounts.

Professionals who have succeeded in roles with companies like Cintas, Aramark, UniFirst, Terminix, Ecolab, or similar route-service organizations often transition very well into this position.

What you will do...

  • You will manage a territory of commercial accounts, ensure excellent service while identifying opportunities to grow the relationship.
  • Responsibilities include:
  • Manage relationships with 50+ commercial clients
    Conduct regular facility inspections and service reviews
    Coordinate service delivery with subcontractor crews
    Quickly resolve service issues and customer concerns
    Identify and sell additional services (floor care, carpet cleaning, window cleaning, pressure washing, etc.)
    Maintain client visit notes and account activity in CRM
    Ensure consistent service quality and customer satisfaction
  • This role is a mix of operations management, customer service, and account growth.
