On this team, you will play a key role in advancing projects centered on Open System Architectures for the Department of Defense (DoD). What You Will Do
  • Work closely with a dedicated team of software engineers to manage work scope across multiple programs
  • Work with Integrated Product Team Leads Leads/Program Managers to ensure requirements are defined and understood, risks/opportunities are managed, and schedules/budgets are met
  • Work under limited supervision while exercising responsibility in choosing and meeting the technical, financial, and schedule targets of projects
  • Perform and manage Control Account Management (CAM) activities
  • Manage Integrate Master Schedules for the DevSecOps Scope
  • Create bid and proposal efforts in Bid Master Web (BMW)

Qualifications You Must Have
  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
  • Prior experience in EVM (Earned Value Management)
  • Prior Bid and proposal experience in Aerospace & Defense industries
  • Prior experience with project planning including Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development using MS Project
  • Previous experience in risk and opportunity management
  • Scrum master and/or Product Owner experience
  • Prior experience in Software Development Life Cycle ( SDLC)

Qualifications We Prefer
  • Experience in BMW ( Bid Master Web)
  • Control/Cost Account Management (CAM)
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Active Secret security clearance is preferred

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
