Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor

Avir Health Group is seeking a qualified Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our family! Qualifications:

  • Valid Texas RN License.
  • Valid CPR Certification.
  • I.V. Certification Preferred.
  • Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care.
