Job Summary:

Onyx Care of Winnfield is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Weekend RN to join our exceptional team of healthcare professionals. As a Weekend RN, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch post-acute rehabilitation care to our patients, focusing on their unique recovery journeys. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional patient-centered care, we encourage you to apply for this part-time opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality, individualized care to patients in our post-acute rehabilitation setting

  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans

  • Monitor and report on patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and making necessary adjustments

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and established standards of care

  • Demonstrate a commitment to patient-centered care, dignity, and respect for all individuals

Requirements:

  • Current RN license in the state of Louisiana

  • 0 years of experience in a post-acute rehabilitation setting (new graduates welcome to apply!)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
