Job Summary:
Navarro & Wright Consulting Engineers, Inc. is an established firm providing full spectrum civil engineering and related services in the Mid-Atlantic region. Established in 1996, we've been ranked as one of Central Pennsylvania's top engineering firms for several years. We use the latest technology and methodologies to exceed our client's expectations.
We are looking for a Site - Civil Engineer/Project Manager with a focus in water/wastewater engineering to join our team either in the Baltimore, MD or New Cumberland, PA areas. This important role is responsible for coordination of technical activities on assigned projects. Projects typically involve a broad range of municipal-related infrastructure projects, including civil, land development, water, wastewater, stormwater, and transportation projects.
Schedule:
Full-time - 40 hours a week.

Salary Range:
Competitive compensation commensurate with experience and location. Broad range for the position is: $105,000 to $165,000
Job Responsibilities:
  • All aspects of project management, including planning, permitting, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and production aspects of projects, project budgets and contractual obligations.
  • Regular communication and contact with assigned project clients and sub-consultants.
  • Assisting in the marketing of N&W's services as well as the preparation of engineering project proposals.
  • Monitoring regulations that affect our clients, our industry and N&W.
  • Participation in client/contractor meetings and resolution of client/engineering project issues.
  • Maintaining project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems.
  • Preparing project status reports when requested by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends as well as recommending action.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
  • Maryland and/or Pennsylvania PE Licensure
  • 10-15 years of experience
  • Technical proficiency in using the latest versions of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MicroStation
  • Valid Driver's license
