Job description

Job Requirements

Stark Tech is seeking a Senior Account Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships while driving sales growth. In this role, you will establish initial contact with clients, schedule sales calls, and follow up on leads based on account type. You will develop tailored sales strategies, ensuring service agreements meet contractual obligations and accounts receivables remain current. As a trusted advisor, you will provide intelligent-building expertise, conduct product demonstrations, and collaborate with internal teams to generate and develop leads. Responsibilities include estimating costs, creating proposals, and presenting strategic plans to enhance client systems. You will also identify cross-selling opportunities, coordinate service agreements, and act as a project manager for smaller-scale installations.


Work Experience
  • Associates Degree or equivalent related work experience required.
  • 10+ years of Account Manager experience required.
  • Previous experience with Building Technology Systems essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence is essential.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, CRM is essential.

Additional skills preferred but not required

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Technical sales experience a plus.
  • Plan and Spec fundamentals a plus.
