Job description

Touchmark at Georgetown is looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to provide leadership, guidance, and clinical support within our Memory Care neighborhood.

Located on 13 beautifully landscaped acres just north of Austin and south of Sun City, Touchmark at Georgetown is the newest addition to the Touchmark family, backed by more than 45 years of senior living experience. Our community offers Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care, all designed to support residents in living The FULL Life on their terms.

In this role, you will work closely under the direction of our Health Services Director to support our Memory Care residents, families, and care team. You will help provide day-to-day leadership for the Memory Care team, assist with resident care planning, support care staff in making informed decisions, and serve as a trusted resource for families navigating the needs of their loved ones.

This is an excellent opportunity for an RN who is passionate about dementia care, enjoys mentoring others, and wants to make a meaningful impact in a supportive senior living environment. The right candidate will bring strong clinical judgment, compassion, patience, and the ability to lead with professionalism and care.

Schedule: Sunday – Thursday

The ideal candidate will:

  • Possess a current RN license
  • Have experience working with older adults in a healthcare or senior living setting
  • Have a strong interest in Memory Care, dementia care, and supporting residents with cognitive changes
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to care team members
  • Partner with the Health Services Director to support quality care and regulatory compliance
  • Assist with resident assessments, care plans, documentation, and follow-up
  • Communicate professionally and compassionately with residents, families, team members, and visitors
  • Help create a calm, supportive, and engaging environment for Memory Care residents
  • Maintain patience and tact when responding to resident needs, family concerns, and team member questions
  • Exemplify Touchmark’s values of Excellence, Teamwork, Hospitality, Integrity, and Compassion
  • Demonstrate a commitment to confidentiality, continued learning, and timely documentation

At Touchmark, you will be part of a team that values meaningful relationships, quality care, and the opportunity to enrich lives every day. If you are an RN who is passionate about Memory Care and ready to help lead a team that makes a difference, we would love to hear from you.
