• Provide personalized counseling services to clients, assisting them with practical skills such as shopping, meal planning, and cooking to promote independent living.
• Administer regular medication prompts and reminders, ensuring clients understand their medication schedules and promoting adherence through supportive strategies.
• Facilitate transportation for clients using both agency-provided and personal vehicles while teaching them how to navigate public transportation options.
• Monitor and report on clients' daily activities, observing their mood and tone while ensuring that safety protocols are followed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain a continuous flow of communication, contributing to comprehensive client care.
• Document client interactions accurately and timely, maintaining adherence to our organization's standards for record-keeping and reporting.
• Teach and support clients in acquiring essential daily living skills, catering to their individual readiness to take on more responsibility.
• Ensure all interventions meet regulatory and contractual guidelines, adhering to all legal standards in delivering services.
• Act as a positive role model for clients, emphasizing the importance of safety and well-being in daily activities.

Your role will encompass a diverse clientele, including adolescents and young adults, some of whom may be facing multidisciplinary challenges. By working with this group, you will have the opportunity to effectively impact their mental health journeys, using tailored therapy approaches based on their cultural and individual needs.

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Guidance Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Possession of a valid state license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or equivalent) is mandatory for this position; associate-level licenses are not eligible due to billing protocols.
• Strong technical skills are essential, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
• A self-directed approach is pivotal, allowing you to work independently while managing a diverse caseload efficiently.
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment is necessary, as you will handle multiple cases while providing high-quality client care.

• Experience working with geriatric populations is a plus but not required.
• Previous experience delivering remote counseling services or teletherapy is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is beneficial.

• The salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
