WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise priorities.

  • Execute strategic initiatives using Agile, SAFe, and Waterfall methodologies, adapting delivery approaches based on project needs.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Program Increment (PI) Planning, sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Partner closely with Product Owners, Solution Leads, business stakeholders, and IT leadership to align priorities and drive successful outcomes.

  • Support capacity planning, forecasting, resource coordination, and roadmap execution to improve delivery predictability and effectiveness.
  • Utilize Jira, Confluence, and enterprise planning tools to monitor delivery health, communicate progress, and promote operational transparency.
  • Create an environment where teams can do their best work by fostering collaboration, innovation, accountability, and a relentless focus on delivering value.
  • Promote a culture of diversity, inclusion, curiosity, and respect by valuing different perspectives and encouraging open dialogue.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Strong facilitation, communication, collaboration, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Experience building effective partnerships with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Confidence leading through change and ambiguity while helping teams maintain focus, momentum, and alignment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and overcoming obstacles.
  • Experience using Agile delivery and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Ability to influence, inspire, and align teams without direct authority.
  • You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:
