  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product Management, Software Engineering, Quality Assurance, Professional Services, and business stakeholders.
  • Track project milestones, action items, dependencies, and deliverables through completion.
  • Identify, communicate, and proactively mitigate project risks and blockers before they impact delivery timelines.
  • Drive accountability across project teams by assigning ownership, establishing deadlines, and following through on commitments.
  • Provide regular project status updates and reporting to leadership through Azure DevOps dashboards and project metrics.
  • Support the organization's transition toward Kanban methodologies while maintaining Agile best practices.
  • Foster collaboration while keeping discussions focused, driving decisions, and ensuring forward progress across multiple concurrent initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • 4–7 years of Agile Project Management experience within enterprise software development environments.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities while driving projects to successful completion.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Kanban or a willingness to help support a team transitioning from Scrum to Kanban.
  • Experience building Azure DevOps dashboards and project reporting.
  • Background supporting enterprise software products delivered to external customers or internal implementation teams.
  • Experience within Financial Services, Regulatory/Compliance, Tax, Healthcare, or other enterprise software environments.
