What You'll Do
We are looking to add a Senior Key Account Manager to support our New York team!
  • Lead the local site team with the design and implementation of treatment programs
  • Routine service visits and testing as required to ensure safe and effective treatment programs, generate reports after each service visit and distribute as required
  • Assists with technical issues at customer sites, brings any issues to the customers attention and puts together a plan for corrective action, ensures the sales account manager is kept informed
  • Look for growth opportunities at existing customers and assist with growth opportunities at prospect accounts as required
  • Ensures customer personnel receive the required training to monitor and apply treatment chemistry used at their facility
  • Analyze data and ensure program performance using KPIs
  • Report safety metrics to customer

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's Degree; or 5+ years relevant industrial experience
  • Must have a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
  • 5 years+ of experience in a Pulp & Paper/Water facility
  • Within a commutable distance to the NYC, Long Island/New Jersey
