We are looking for passionate, knowledgeable, and energetic Pilates Reformer Instructors to join our team!  We are a high-energy, community-driven, and multipurpose facility dedicated to helping clients feel stronger, more aligned, and deeply connected to their bodies. If you love creating intentional, challenging, and empowering classes, we would love to meet with you!
What You’ll Do
  • Lead dynamic and safe Pilates Reformer classes for all levels
  • Provide hands-on adjustments and clear, effective cueing
  • Create an inclusive, welcoming environment for all clients
  • Offer modifications and progressions to meet individual needs
  • Build relationships with clients and foster community
  • Arrive prepared with thoughtful, well-structured class plans
  • Uphold studio standards and contribute to a positive team culture

What We’re Looking For

  • Certified Pilates Reformer Instructor (required)
  • Strong understanding of anatomy, alignment, and movement mechanics
  • Ability to command a room with confidence and authenticity
  • Positive, motivating, and professional presence
  • Team player with a strong work ethic
  • Availability for early mornings / evenings / weekends - 2-4 classes a week

If you have additional Group X experience - you can teach/sub a variety of formats in our clubs!
Full resume not required, but please upload all certifications related to fitness. CPR is required, but can also be taken in-house.
