DLR Group's Phoenix, AZ studio has an opening for a Project Administrator.
Position Summary
As a Project Administrator at DLR Group, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our projects during the construction phase. You will ensure the smooth execution of standard documentation workflows, organization, and communication tasks essential for the effective functioning of our project teams.
What you will do:
  • Confirm and manage design & construction phase contractual responsibilities
  • Coordinate with the design & construction phase team, including workflows, meetings, and communication
  • Coordinate contracts and specifications as required in conjunction with design and construction teams
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key team members and serve as the primary point of contact for documentation and workflows
  • Establish and maintain tracking and logging for construction documentation workflows
  • Manage pay applications, ensuring compliance with DLR Group's risk management standards and processing approvals
  • Handle submittals, RFIs, and cost documentation, ensuring timely and accurate processing
  • Assist with field reports, punch lists, and closeout procedures

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of A/E construction phase processes and contractual responsibilities
  • Proficiency in task organization, completion tracking, and prioritization
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, Vantagepoint, Newforma, Procore, and AIA Contract Document software
