Job Description

·                     Oversee and manage up to 8 client accounts located throughout Northeast Ohio

·                     Serve as the primary property manager and point of contact for all designated accounts

·                     Provide leadership over site performance, including budgeting, staffing, and maintenance operations

·                     Coordinate and manage subcontractor relationships to ensure quality and compliance

·                     Cultivate strong client relationships and ensure adherence to all contractual obligations

·                     Ensure all facilities services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with client expectations

·                     Drive operational excellence through cost-effective strategies, process improvement initiatives, and a commitment to customer satisfaction

 

Key Requirements 

·                     Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities or property management

·                     Proven track record overseeing commercial properties

·                     Strong experience managing contractual obligations, budgets, and subcontracts
