Duties, Responsibilities, & Skills:

  • Support functional implementation activities for the GSA GO.gov program across multiple implementation waves.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTMs) to ensure end-to-end traceability from contract requirements through design, testing, implementation, and production.
  • Review contract requirements, Statements of Work (SOWs), user stories, and functional specifications to verify solution alignment and contractual compliance.
  • Participate in governance meetings, program reviews, and Functional Oversight Change Board (FOCB) activities.

  • Assist in documenting meeting outcomes, governance decisions, lessons learned, and implementation recommendations.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline functional processes and governance practices.
