Our team is looking for a Contracts Administrator to join them. You will report to the Contracts Manager and will have an onsite work schedule in Chatsworth, CA.
To be considered for the Contracts Administrator opening, here's what you'll need to bring with you:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a preferred.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a aerospace or manufacturing environment.
  • Aerospace industry experience and knowledge of FAR/DFAR are preferred.
  • NCMA certification preferred
  • Strong analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

As a Contracts Administrator, you will:
  • Manage all aspects of contract process: quoting, advanced order entry, contract review, order management, account reconciliation, and delivery of products and/or services.
  • Review and validate PO requirements, terms and conditions, and contract flow-downs.
  • Ability to interpret and communicate contractual language and requirements.
  • Manage quotes and proposals.
  • Manage customer portals and maintain customer scorecards.
  • Facilitate all customer requests and meetings.
  • Maintain a high customer response rate with exceptional quality.
