Contracts Administrator Temporary (6 months covering a leave) | Onsite, Monrovia | $35- $42/hr Overview Our client, a nationally recognized retail organization with a large technology footprint, is seeking an experienced IT Contracts Administrator to support its IT Finance & Procurement team. This role will focus on the administration, review, redlining, tracking, and execution of technology-related contracts and vendor agreements that support business operations across the organization. This is a hands-on opportunity for a contracts professional with experience supporting IT procurement, SaaS/software agreements, technology vendors, contract lifecycle management, legal operations, or vendor management. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable stepping into an established process with minimal training. Key Responsibilities Review, analyze, and process a high volume of technology and vendor agreements Review and redline contracts, amendments, renewals, NDAs, SOWs, service agreements, and licensing agreements Support contracts related to SaaS platforms, software subscriptions, technology services, and IT vendors Coordinate contract execution and approval workflows with internal stakeholders Track contract milestones, renewal dates, notice periods, expirations, and compliance obligations Maintain accurate contract repositories, records, documentation, and reporting Partner with IT, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and vendor stakeholders throughout the contract lifecycle Support vendor onboarding activities and required compliance documentation Assist with audits, reporting requests, and contract-related analysis Ensure contracts move efficiently from review through final execution Manage competing priorities and multiple agreements simultaneously Qualifications & Requirements 3+ years of experience in contract administration, contract management, contract analysis, procurement, legal operations, or a related field Experience reviewing and redlining contracts required Experience supporting IT, SaaS, software, technology, vendor, or commercial agreements strongly preferred Strong understanding of contract terminology and contract lifecycle processes Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities Ability to work independently with limited direction Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems Experience with DocuSign, Ariba, Jira, SAP, contract lifecycle management systems, or similar platforms is a plus Bachelor's degree, Paralegal Certificate, or JD preferred but not required Ideal Backgrounds Candidates with experience in any of the following environments are highly encouraged to apply: Technology and SaaS organizations IT Procurement or Strategic Sourcing teams Vendor Management organizations Corporate Legal Operations departments Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) teams Enterprise software and technology companies Large corporate environments with complex vendor portfolios Retail, healthcare, financial services, or other organizations supporting technology contracts By submitting to this position, you are agreeing to be included in our talent pool for future hiring for similarly qualified positions.
