D.H. Griffin Contracting specializes in industrial equipment installation, relocation and removal, mechanical construction, technical and management services. Our focus on quality workmanship, timely performance, and safety have allowed us to work for premier facilities across the nation, ranging from auto manufacturing and aerospace to chemical and industrial plants.

Job Description

Our Dayton, TN Division is accepting applications for an entry level Helper who can use their knowledge and skills to assist in installations.

Job Responsibilities

    • Ability to perform supervised installations
    • Must be a good communicator and able to follow instructions from supervisor.
    • Must show willingness to perform assigned tasks and gain knowledge of the trade.
    • Responsible for jobsite cleanliness.
    • Must adhere to safety policies and be a champion of safe work practices and policies.

Skills and Qualifications

    • 0 to 3 years industrial construction experience.
    • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with co-workers.
    • High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
