Job description

Join Our Team as a Welder MIG Stainless!

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced MIG Stainless Steel Welder to join our team at Unite Contracting Solutions in Lake Charles, LA. If you are passionate about MIG welding and committed to producing high-quality work, we want to hear from you! Per Diem will be paid on days worked.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performing welding tasks using the MIG process to weld stainless thin metal components together
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications to determine the layout of the welding process
  • Ensuring all welding work meets industry standards for strength and quality
  • Inspecting completed welds to identify any defects and make necessary repairs
  • Maintaining welding equipment and tools in good working condition
  • Adhering to safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a Welder MIG Stainless
  • Proficiency in MIG welding stainless thin metal techniques
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control
  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
  • Valid welding certification is a plus
