To thrive as a Welder, you need strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of welding techniques, often supported by vocational training or certification. Familiarity with welding equipment, blueprints, and safety regulations, as well as certifications such as AWS (American Welding Society), are commonly required.
