About The Role
POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for ensuring collateral perfection and tracking, completing loan files reviews, various loan collateral and type reporting as well as providing back up for the Loan QC Manager and Loan Document Drafting team. Employee will have extensive contact with Loan Officer and Loan Assistants as well as other bank staff and must interact in a professional and courteous manner to enhance the overall efficiency and image of the bank.
The pay range for this position is $20.68 - 31.01
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBLITES AND DUTIES:
• Programs and monitors Collateral Tracking in the bank's Commercial Loan Origination System nCino. Works with third party vendors and commercial lending staff on follow up documentation. Reviews collateral to ensure filing perfection.
• Reviews Commercial Loan Operation System nCino documentation filing for approval of critical documentation.
• Reviews Commercial Loan electronic files in Synergy documentation storage system and completes final review checklists.
• Assist in the electronic filing and tracking of various documents including UCC filings, ensuring accurate data entry.
• Responsible for detailed and accurate UCC Lien Search to Reflect filings, ensuring accurate data entry.
• Assists in the review of loan documentation to ensure documents are prepared as approved and within compliance guidelines.
• Complete and verify Real Estate Tax tracking in third party systems.
• Responsible for working with loan staff to file and store all paper documents appropriately once forwarded to Administration from branches.
• Assists loan staff as needed in obtaining copies of documents from paper files not indexed in Electronic Filing systems.
• Assists with accurate and timely indexing and cataloging of all documentation associated with loans into the Bank's electronic Synergy documentation software, maintaining a consistent order. Electronic reporting of loan statuses as required to government agencies.
• Assists Loan Operations QC Manager in review of Data Integrity programs
• Provides backup support and additional assistance for responding, tracking, and monitoring credit bureau disputes.;
• Provides backup support for the creation of loan documentation and the documentation quality control process.
• Additional responsibilities may vary by delegation of the Loan Operations Director, Loan Operations Manager and Loan Operations QC Manager. CCO, CBO, CFO, Loan Operations Manager or Assistant Loan Operations Manager.

About You
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School diploma or an equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Previous experience in banking, finance, accounting or similar field

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, ABILITY:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, strong typing, word processing and 10-key skills
  • Ability to create spreadsheets, write formulas, and manipulate data
  • Capable of prioritizing and managing several projects at a time to meet expected deadlines with minimum amount of direction
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to relate to others and relay information in a clear, precise manner
  • Ability to take ownership of assigned responsibilities, including follow-through to ensure timely completion

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs. Must be capable of climbing / descending stairs in emergency situation. Must be able to operate routine office equipment including telephone, copier, facsimile, and calculator. Must be able to routinely perform work on computer for an average of 6-8 hours per day, when necessary. Must be able to work extended hours when required or requested by management. Must be capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Starting salary is dependent upon relevant experience and may vary based on the geographic location of the position. Most Full-Time employees are also offered 6 paid holidays and Part Time employees are offered pro-rated paid holidays.
