Job Summary

Precast Specialties is seeking a QC Manager - Precast to lead quality control operations and stabilize production standards. This is a critical leadership role responsible for reducing product defects, improving processes, and managing a team of QC professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the QC team, ensuring accountability and performance.
  • Establish and enforce quality control standards and best practices.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with engineering and plant leadership to resolve issues.
  • Support plant operations and ensure production consistency.
  • Drive continuous improvement in quality processes.

Qualifications

Industry Experience

  • Strong experience in precast concrete or related industry.
  • Deep understanding of quality control processes and production.

Education & Certifications

  • PCI Level 2 Certification required (or ability to obtain).
  • PCA and FDOT certifications preferred.
