Job description

Job Title: Construction Manager

Location: OR

Duration: 2.5+ years

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee pharmaceutical construction projects from kickoff through completion. This individual will manage day-to-day construction execution, coordinate closely with general contractors, engineering teams, vendors, and project stakeholders, and ensure work remains aligned with project scope, specifications, schedule, budget, and quality requirements. Responsibilities will include monitoring critical paths and milestones, resolving field issues, reviewing contractor schedules, preparing project updates, and ensuring construction activities are executed safely and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of construction management experience within pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or another highly regulated environment, with strong knowledge of construction methods, building systems, project scheduling, and contractor management. Experience with cGMP-regulated facilities, constructability reviews, construction risk assessments, quality control, EHS requirements, and biopharmaceutical facility design is highly valued. Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills are required, along with the ability to evaluate technical designs and execution plans and work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
