This role is pivotal in managing client accounts, ensuring exceptional facility services, and expanding our service offerings. As a key member of our operations, you will liaise between clients, contractors, and internal teams to deliver outstanding facility management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and implement customized service strategies and schedules for assigned clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements for service enhancements and new services.
  • Coordinate and supervise contractor performance, ensuring compliance with client requirements and Company standards.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality control evaluations to maintain excellence.
