Superior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking a 1099 Contractor specializing in remediation to join our team. In this role, you will independently handle property damage remediation projects, delivering high-quality repair and restoration services across a variety of property types.
This position requires a self-driven professional who can assess damages, develop effective remediation plans, coordinate with project stakeholders, and carry out repairs that meet Superior's quality standards.
With over 13 years of experience, Superior Contracting & Maintenance has established a strong reputation as a trusted partner for property management companies, providing comprehensive maintenance and turnkey solutions. Our services include roofing, gutters, siding, painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, flooring, kitchen and bath renovations, and more.
Responsibilities
  • Independently evaluate property damage and develop remediation plans tailored to each project
  • Coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the remediation process
  • Schedule and supervise work crews or subcontractors as needed to complete projects efficiently
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure timely and successful outcomes
  • Follow all safety protocols and industry best practices during remediation work
  • Provide consistent progress updates and final reports to clients and project stakeholders

Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in property repair and damage remediation
  • General Liability Insurance
  • Strong understanding of industry safety standards and remediation best practices
