The estimated base salary range for this role is $112,870 - $155,200 per year.

The position's primary role is to identify, develop and close opportunities for WAVE's entire solution portfolio.
Qualified individuals will work closely with their local Installation System Specialist, Design Service Center, Distributor team, and Contractor Community (General Contractor and Sub-Contractor) to develop opportunities within the market. They will promote our total ceiling solution value proposition by creating project-specific solutions geared toward project influencers (estimators, project managers, field installers).
This position will leverage available resources in the current commercially focused playbook to increase exposure to WAVE integrated solutions on high impact projects. The ISSM will need to articulate the benefits gained by using our entire WAVE integrated solution offering to the Armstrong area sales representatives, external customers, and contractors.
What You'll Do
The Integrated Solutions Sales Manager, ISSM key responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to, the following:
  • Grow profitable sales of WAVE Integrated Solutions that meet/exceed regional sales budgets by focusing on key contractors and projects within region.
  • Act as the WAVE product expert within the sales team for Drywall Grid, Axiom and Structural Grid solutions.
  • Generate proposals for WAVE solutions including technical performance, financial impact, and integration advantages.
  • Build relationships and influence end-users to purchase WAVE products through solution selling. End user examples: Distributors, general contractors, sub-contractors & developers
  • Support and drive sales of newly developed WAVE products, including creating selling aids, technical input, and internal/external product education.
  • Provide all the necessary reporting to the business to track and monitor progress as well as sales forecasting. (i.e.SalesForce.com)
  • Continuously improving through individual and team learning and development initiatives.
  • Conduct competitive market intelligence, analyze, and adjust positioning to grow market share.
  • Analyze territory performance (sales, volume, pricing) to formulate regional best practices for area sales teams and distributor customers to enhance WAVE integrated sales
  • Identify and develop adjacent business partnerships that add to the WAVE integrated solution sales strategy. Prospect, identify, plan and prioritize major contractors and projects within region.
  • Develop strategies for major projects throughout the region, to maximize revenue
  • Leverage product portfolio and present solutions that create measurable value for the sub-contractor, general contractor & developer

Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 Years' Experience in interior Construction (installer / foreman / superintendent / estimator / project manager / project engineer), or Field Sales Experience
  • Bachelor's degree, preferred
  • High School Diploma Required
  • Ability to understand and navigate construction drawings and all associated documents
  • Problem solving/Analytical thinking
  • Understanding of construction processes and key players
