Commercial Electrical Foreman

Ross & Sons Electrical LLC — North Carolina & surrounding states
Pay: $32–$40/hour (based on experience) (includes per diem $50-75 a day, lodging and travel considerations) (bonus for jobs finished on time/under budget.)

About Us

Ross & Sons Electrical LLC is a growing, family-run electrical contractor based in Louisburg, NC. We take pride in quality workmanship, safe job sites, and treating our crew like family. We're looking for an experienced Commercial Electrical Foreman to lead crews on projects across NC and surrounding states.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and supervise electrical crews on commercial job sites
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specs
  • Plan daily work, assign tasks, and keep projects on schedule and on budget
  • Coordinate with general contractors, project managers, and inspectors
  • Ensure all work meets NEC code and passes inspection the first time
  • Enforce safety standards and OSHA compliance on site
  • Train and mentor apprentices and journeymen
  • Track materials, tools, and labor hours

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of commercial electrical experience, with prior foreman or lead experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
  • Ability to read blueprints and electrical drawings
  • Proven leadership skills — able to run a crew and keep guys productive
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Willingness to travel throughout NC and surrounding states
  • OSHA 10 or 30 certification a plus
  • Own hand tools
