  • Mentor electricians and apprentices while promoting teamwork and professional growth.
  • Identify opportunities for additional electrical work or service upgrades and communicate them to support future sales opportunities.
  • Promote and uphold RALCO's mission and core values: Teamwork, Passion for Success, Reputation, Relationships, and Respect.
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Massachusetts Journeyman or Master Electrician License required (Rhode Island license preferred).

  • Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and electrical best practices.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and electrical drawings.
  • OSHA 10 Certification required (OSHA 30 preferred).
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and technical oversight for field personnel across multiple active projects.
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and in accordance with company quality standards.
  • Meet with inspectors and ensure projects comply with all applicable codes and regulations.
  • Coordinate with project managers, customers, and office staff to address project needs and maintain clear communication.
  • Perform jobsite visits to monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and support field crews.
  • Assist with project planning, scheduling, and workforce coordination.
  • Recognize potential change orders, service opportunities, or additional customer needs and communicate them to the appropriate team members.
  • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with OSHA regulations, NEC requirements, and company safety policies.
  • Lead by example through professionalism, accountability, and a commitment to excellence.
