Description

Accent Electrical Services was founded in 2003 and is located in Broomfield, Colorado. Accent Electrical Services is a commercial electrical contractor with projects located throughout the Denver Metro Area. We are seeking experienced, enthusiastic, full-time, electrical apprentices to join our team.

This electrical apprentice position may be the perfect fit for you!

Work will consist of installation, alterations, additions and/or repairs of electrical systems, conductors and associated materials and equipment within the electrical construction industry with the direct supervision of a licensed Journeyman.

Requirements

  • Must have prior experience in the electrical trade and have Affidavits of Experience to verify hours
  • Reads blueprints and demonstrate experience
  • Help plan new or modified installations to minimize waste of materials, provide access for future maintenance, avoid unsightly, hazardous, unreliable wiring, be consistent with specifications, safety codes and local electrical codes with Journeyman's input
  • Performs installation of electrical wiring, equipment or fixtures based on project specifications and local codes with Journeyman's input
  • Installs control and distribution apparatus such as switches, relays, circuit breaker panels, electrical feeders, power systems and /or switch gear
  • Repairs faulty equipment or systems
  • Able to identify electrical parts and components
  • Work from ladders, scaffolds or roofs to install, maintain or repair electrical wiring, equipment or fixtures
  • Able to bend, stoop, squat, crawl, climb, kneel, balance, push, pull, lift and reach over head
