Division: Construction Services (CS) Side
Location: Columbia, SC
Superior Contracting & Maintenance is currently seeking experienced residential painters to join our contractor network for maintenance work orders and small residential projects within the Construction Services (CS) side.
This opportunity is ideal for independent contractors looking for flexible scheduling, ongoing project opportunities, and reliable payment processing throughout the year.
About the Role
Contractors in this role will complete residential painting and surface preparation projects while maintaining quality workmanship, professionalism, and communication with project managers and clients.
Responsibilities
  • Interior and exterior residential painting
  • Surface preparation, patching, sanding, and finish work
  • Maintain quality and safety standards on all projects
  • Communicate with Project Managers regarding job progress
  • Upload updates, notes, and photos through the vendor portal system

Requirements
  • Previous residential painting experience required
  • Must own painting tools and equipment
  • Reliable transportation required (truck, van, or SUV preferred)
  • Valid driver's license
  • Comfortable using mobile portals and digital communication systems
  • Must currently reside and work within the United States
  • Ability to work independently and maintain professional communication
